The Mortgage Industry has been in constant change over the past few years. Keeping up with this change has proven to be a full time job for the Mortgage Processor. The new RESPA, Reg Z, MDIA, HVCC, MIP, HUD, lender guidelines and the SAFE Act has required us all as Mortgage Processors to reeducate ourselves in order to remain effective and in compliance.

As many of us have already experienced, the SAFE Act seems to disregard the Mortgage Processors and in turn defined us as originators. In doing so, States are implementing laws that make it difficult for Processors to work for multiple brokers and in multiple States. UnitedMortgageProcessors.org was designed to allow every Mortgage Processor to be heard. With many issues facing us all, United Mortgage Processors is a place to share experience, knowledge, and questions. A place where we are UNITED!

Together we can make a difference by representing the Mortgage Processing Community as a whole. Through this unity we will capture the attention of those who can help us preserve the livelihood of the Mortgage Processor. Our strength is shown by Uniting and representing ourselves collectively as one.

By signing up for the forum and sharing your thoughts, questions, experience, or simply just reading the posts to gain knowledge, we will work though the hurdles that have been placed before us.
